If you’re not happy with your purchase from Bloomhale.com for any reason, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping. In addition to the “30 day Satisfaction Guarantee”, Bloomhale is covered by a Limited Warranty. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Bloomhale.com for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, go to: https://bloomhale.com/contact-us/
- The order number of your purchase must be verified by Bloomhale for date of purchase. The serial number can be found on your email order confirmation. If you no longer have this, please contact customer support at: https://bloomhale.com/contact-us/
- Once an order number has been submitted to Bloomhale for RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
- Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
- All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
- The Product must be shipped with a Bloomhale 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee RMA shipping label.
- Only one (1) product order per RMA request. Only one (1) product order per RMA shipping package. If more than one (1) product order is included with the RMA request or shipping package then only one (1) product will be replaced or refunded.
Bloomhale.com shall bear the cost of return shipping only if the Product is shipped with the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee RMA shipping label and only if one (1) product order is shipped per package (per above required conditions). Bloomhale.com will offer the Consumer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product: A replacement product. Bloomhale shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement product to the Consumer. A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs). Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards and only in US dollars.
GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Bloomhale.com determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the product’s stated Limited Warranty.
If you return Product to Bloomhale (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) without the Bloomhale RMA shipping label or (d) with multiple products in one return package; Bloomhale retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (1) weeks of our receipt and verification of return product.
*Please Note: The above policy not withstanding, in certain circumstances and entirely at Bloomhale.com’s discretion, it may be possible to receive a refund or replacement product without having to return the product.
